We would like to inform you of an upcoming change to the authentication process for accessing our Supplier Registration Portal, effective 2nd February 2024. This change is designed to enhance the security of your account and ensure a reliable and secure login experience.

Authentication Update: One-Time Password (OTP) via Email or Mobile SMS

Starting 2nd February 2024, each time you log in to our portal, you will be required to apply a One-Time Password (OTP) for authentication. This additional security step is aimed at safeguarding your account and ensuring that only authorized individuals have access to our portal.

How It Works:
1. Upon entering your username and password, you will be prompted to request an OTP.
2. You will receive the OTP via email or mobile SMS, depending on the contact information associated with your account.
3. Enter the received OTP to complete the login process.

Benefits of OTP Authentication:
Enhanced Security: The OTP adds an extra layer of security to your account, reducing the risk of unauthorized access.
Adaptability: Whether you choose email or mobile SMS, the OTP authentication provides flexibility to suit your preferred method.

Action Required:
To ensure a seamless transition, we kindly request you to review and update your contact information in our portal, including a valid email address and mobile phone number. This step is crucial to receive the OTP promptly and to avoid any disruptions in accessing the portal.

Welcome to the Supplier Self-Registration of Watson's Personal Care Stores Sdn Bhd​

 

The specification of your personal and company-related information in our supplier self-registration system is carried out on a voluntary basis. Watsons Malaysia reserve the right to process your given information for the purpose of a possible market analysis, supplier evaluation, and business development as well as for analyzing data for own purpose or saving it permanently. Further Watsons Malaysia is authorized to delete your given information or block your login/password. Your data will not be transmitted to any third party beyond Watsons Malaysia.

The online supplier registration requires a valid e-mail address. Upon your successful registration, you will be given a login/password, which is meant for the update of your data and is solely appointed for this intended purpose. It is your exclusive responsibility to provide secure custody of the login/password as well as a regular modification of the password.

The supplier self-registration does not in any way constitute an agreement or any other kind of (contractual) relation with Watsons Malaysia.
